I am of the belief that most people only write a review if they have a bad experience. The best idea is to visit a place yourself and see what vibe you get. This place is not bad. I'll admit it isn't as nice as advertised though. I'll also admit the main reason I looked here has w/d in unit and pets allowed. But I also have not had any of the problems other people stated. I have lived here for 6 months and plan to stay until I can afford a house or have to move for work. It is very quiet, natural in feel, still close to the action, has nice pool and fitness area. On the down side the apartments are a little over priced I think but still comparable to similar complexes. Also the hot water heaters are not big enough for more than one shower in a row. I think the electric bills are fair though a bit high as expected in summer. The apartment seems well insulated though. The bills are a lot lower than what I had in FL. It is a nice place over all though and I have been very satisfied with my experience here.
