The staff is nice, but we have been calling everyday since June 1st about issues with our apartment, and maintenance JUST came today (June 8). On the service order they left us, the manager changed the initial date that I complained (June 1st) to June 6th. It's obvious it was changed. If you have time to keep calling and calling the office, than do it. You will need to. They also give you a paper to fill out and note all the damages upon moving in. We noted that our door looked like it was broken into and that maintenance just caulked over it instead of replacing the trim. It has yet to be fixed yet. We moved in on the last week of April/beginning of May. Good luck.
