Just a short while ago I would've agreed with the people who have written in about Towne Court. Not anymore though, things have changed and are changing. I'm currently a student at the University and I moved here because it's affordable, and convenient for me to get to & from school. I moved in the beginning of June, and at first it was a disappointment, maintenance would never take care of my maintenance requests and if I needed to talk to the office staff they were always very rude. Now there's all new office staff who actually seem to care and are very helpful & a whole new maintenance crew that know what they're doing. I even got to speak to the new owner who assured me he has many plans in the works to improve the complex. I'd recommend it.
