Regarding "Total B.S."

First off, I live here at Towne Court as well. People who can?t even spell "MAINTENANCE" should not even be complaining about other people "supposedly" not following what they say. There are ALOT of apartments in this complex that they have to maintain, your not the ONLY tenant. You have to think as if you were in there position. All the things they promise WILL happen it is just a matter of time. There have been NUMEROUS times when I have seen the them working on the weekend just to get caught up on the previous owners screw-ups. They NEVER did anything right. The new crew would give things a try and if they can?t fix the problem they will come back over and over again to try to help me out. They have been to my apartment AT LEAST 9 times for the same problem because the previous owners had no idea what they were doing and totally messed up my apartment. They may say that things are going to happen during a certain time, but more unexpected things come up. You have think that they DON?T have everything that they need here. They have to order things from OTHER PLACES THAT MAY HOLD THEM UP. Things happen and there is nothing no one can do about it. IT WILL GET DONE. I would LOVE to see you trying to deal with ALL of the tenants here, on top of all of the people coming in to rent apartments, all of the paper work involved, all the inspectors coming in, all of the bills, all of the day to day hassles, all of the organizing and finding files that the previous owners lost, all of the tenants who dont pay their rent (probably you), all of the calls they get for maintenance requests, all of the things they have to deal with making the renovated apartments right, dealing with finding colors to paint the walls, floor tile for the kitchen, floor tile for the bathroom, and rug that would match all, dealing with the cabinet people that screw up the cabinet the owner ordered, find a new cabinet maker, dealing with the snow, and plowing the streets and parking lots, shoveling each and every side walk, salting each and every side walk and then doing it all over again the next day cause it snows, dealing with people not even living here vandalizing the property, and especially DEALING WITH THE TENANTS WHO VIOLATE THIER LEASE BY LEAVING THIER FILTH ALL OVER THE COMPLEX, NOT CARING ABOUT THEMSELVES OR THE APARTMENT THAT THEY RENT BY LEAVING IT IN A HORRIFIC CONDITION THEN EXPECT TO GET ALL OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. Wasting time cleaning up the entire complex EVERYDAY, when the time could be used more wisely to HELP the tenant out in the problems that they have. But NO, tenants like you leave their crap wherever they please(which is actually the same place where they live) because they are too damn lazy to throw it away in their own trash can and then they get embarassed and yell at the office because the complex looks like crap.Well it wouldn?t look like total S**t if tenants would leave the nasty crap that they dont want in their apartments instead of putting it out on their balcony for everyone to see. If everyone would pick S**T up when they see it, the office would have to WASTE time cleaning it and concentrate on more important issues. THANK YOU!
