Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
while the location is close (convienent) to the university, they simply don't do maintenance on the units, and thus is very run down. also ask about the guy who got ate by his lizard. type in towne court in google.com and you will see the newspaper clipping. pretty gross.
