Ok, so the add says free heat and hot water everywhere you look, well you need to live in a NON RENNOVATED (aka crappy) apartment for that privaledge.
SO basically you pay an aditional 30 dollar to pay for your own water which i might add they turn off when they feel like it.
Maintenance is horrible.
Our roof was leaking so they just praypainted over the water stain, and got paint on my nice black dress shoes.
The girls in the rental office are incredibly rude as well.
They also advertise a fitness center, but the hours are 10-6pm, so unless you have no job you can't use it.
They also do incredibly poor workmanship.
Our air conditioner had black mold pouring out if it for 3 weeks before they would replace it.
I caught pneumonia.
The water is either scalding hot or freezing cold, and the dishwasher is so old and loud.
Overall I would never wish this place on my worst enemy.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
