Generally not a terrible place to live in IF you don't need the management or staff for anything. If so, then watch out and make sure you know your rights. Manager attempted to force tenants to continue to pay rent when units became unlivable and were requred to vacate. Staff were caught by a tenant removing household items from another tenants unit through back basement stairs late at night. Later, when tenant returned they claimed to know nothing about missing furniture. Later, when tenant mentioned that the staff was seen, the manager then changed her story and said they removed the furniture because they thought the tenant had vacated. (The rent was up to date, so.. hmmmm....) Finally moved out after police and tenant protection agency were called by tenants to intervene. Be VERY careful when dealing Towne Court Apartments. Safety might be an issue as well. One resident was assaulted in her apartment a few years ago when a man accessed her unit through the balcony. Purchase sliding door and window safety devices and use them.
