I have lived at TC for a long time. And I love it. Yes some problems but nothing that was not taken care of. Do you all live in a little sheltered box. That stuff can happen any where and has! You just dont know about it. The price is great and the apartments are even better than before. You would be stupid to live anywhere else. Thats all I have to say.

Rather live in a little box than an outrageously expensive (for the sq-ft) box infested with roaches that maintenance will not take care of and is denying that they are a problem. It's been a year and they cant even fix the hallway alarm systems!
