I recently graduated but have lived here since I was a transfer student a couple years ago and have seen a big difference in everything here for the better, especially in the past year. I didn't feel "taken advantage of" because I was a student. I love using gym and pool instead of fighting the everyone at The Little Bob. I have refered people and got money off my rent. I pay on time and get a $25 discount. No other place around here does that! I take the bus to school or walk. I don't understand the other reviews about the security deposit but at the same time, I haven't destroyed my apartment. I keep seeing that same statement at every apartment complex review in Newark. It seems like these reviewers damage their apartments and don't want to take responsibility for it. Basically, I plan to keep living here. I love it and keep sending people I know here also. Go look at it for yourself.

I look to be renting in December. I drove the area and all seems to be fine. I'll be renting a 2 bed/bath 925 sq ft. I was trying to get a feel for the community. If there is anything I might need to know before I MOVE PLEASE LET ME KNOW

Ok well you most definitely work for towne court. You know when managment rights these they should make it a little more honest so it is not so freaking obvious that it is towne court writing it
