I have lived her about a year now and have to say it's much quieter than most people make it out to be.
The apartment building is old but the apartments were recently rennovated and look okay, although most of the appliances/bath fixtures, etc.
are on the cheap side.
As of today the "state-of-the art security system" they installed is not fully operational, and the installation itself looks really shoddy and rushed.
They also installed automatic door closers on all the doors to the apartments.
I wish they would take all the money they spent on this security system and use it on upgrading to better, more energy efficient appliances and maybe a new heating system, since the one they have now has been around for 50 years and doesn't work well at all.
They also have very questionable practices when it comes to billing for utilities, since you can never understand where they come up with the charges because they arent printed on your bill.
You basically just have to take their word for it.
