Unfair housing ever....

They cheat on utilities charge.

I may around 100 for heat, water, and hot water during winter.

There is wireless meter for water and hot water which we cannot check whether it is accurate.

Moreover, there is heat meter attached to each room which we cannot see the number.

The heat was charged even you are not there for a month even you adjust to the lowest temperature.

the highest amount of utility charge is $167 for studio room.

I will move out soon after my contract end.
