Don't feel like getting into a ton of detail, but we had problems with suspicious utility meters, suddenly billing for utilities, outlets/screen door not being fixed, as well as a direct confrontation with the psychotic owner (his wife actually)
there's also only 2 dryers and 2 washers per building, and since we've been here, one of the dryers has never worked.
