I have been living in Towne Court for past 2 years. The apartments are grossly mismanaged. Some of the examples are:
1. They charged my rent onto some other unit and imposed a fine on me. Things never get resolved on the phone and one has to make atleast one trip before they realize their mistake.
2. I was supposed to get a discount on one months rent so I paid the balance. They did not process it on time and I was again sent a fine notice. As usual one has to go to the office and they fumble with paper work before they realize their mistake.
3. We applied for a transfer of apartment. They lost our paperwork never to be found again. We realized this after someone else got a transfer before us even though we had applied earlier.
4. The utility bill for heating is over estimated by atleast a 100 dollars. When pointed out the bill was "readjusted" by 2 dollars.
5. Going by others experience they never return the full security deposit. They find ways to deduct atleast a half of it return you the balance.
6. The neighborhood is not safe.
7. The maintainence takes forever to fix things.
8. If the shared washer/dryer unit for the entire building (2 for 12 units) goes bad it is NEVER fixed. Not in a month not in 3 months and now it has been 6 months. You get tired of complaining and learn to live with 1 functioning washer/dryer. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I agree. They put a notice on my door saying I owed over $60.00, no explanation, and I always paid everything on time. I just paid it because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. They also lost my paperwork. The management is rude, often blatantly.
