Its funny how people say, pay your rent. Well what about the people who pay there rent two weeks in advance and still have problems. Its been to the point when I was charged twice and when all of my information was on the check. No apologies there. When Darell was here he signed a paper stating that I would like to renew my lease with utilities included. I began to pay that amount the next weekm which again is way before its due. Not once did management notify me that the paper was not in my file until I received a utility bill. When I first asked why I am receiving a bill no one in office could tell me. Then I hand deliver the paper to Tanya and she states to me this does not count. When it was passed on to the actual person who handles the lease she advised Tanya it does count. Tanya swore to me that piece of l(legal) paper does not count. Even when they advised me of that the paper was legal and they would apply it to my lease. She could not even apologize to me. As a manager and a woman when you can not admit you are wrong before checking your facts. You deserve no respect. Also, on the same day, Tanya stated that my neighbors would be moved due to the loud parties and disrespectful company. Keep in mind my neighbors are employees as well. Now, being called a liar, when I am not, and having someone lie to me to my face is something I do not stand for. Wait, until your problem envolves your money or your safety. Then you would wish you got out before it was too late. I have 4 months left in this place then I move into my new home. Its funny how even the different realtors thank this place because they give them alot of business due to unprofessional manners in which they run the office. Due to sloppy repairs and animals, that I have notiified the office multlple times of this problem, my ceiling is turning brown and cracking. Anyone who wants to ss can diffently stop by and I can show you the apartment and the phone records. A person should not have to live like this. I do not know what apartment building has crack on the walls and brown spots on the ceiling where the animals have been scratching at. For the people who stay here after I leave, like the lawyer and others have said, make sure you have a signed copy or a certified letter when dealing with this establishment. At less the old manager Nicole actually cared and admitted when she or the office was wrong. I knew once she told me to move to her new place of employment when she advised me. For the stupod ass, that states we do not pay our rent. If I did not pay my rent, why am purchasing a new house and why are other apartment office trying to recruit me when all these problems were and still are going on. I do not know anyone person who will tell you to live in there place when I do not pay my rent.
