Towne Court is gross. I moved in here temporarily to help a friend...and wish I could just LEAVE. I hate it. There are ants everywhere and they never go away...there are millions. The laundry room is disgusting and they have the nerve to CHARGE you to pay for them. They say they updated them, but all they really did was put a few new cabinets in the bathroom/kitchen and put in new light fixtures. My car got broken into parked here, and I get followed and yelled at by the ------ that live in the ghetto apartments next to Towne Court (oh wait, TC is ghetto too.) Crime is bad and the people are shady. I can't wait until May when I'm out of here...I'll be pay $1,045 for a brand new apartment complex down the street in a safer area even if it doesn't include utilities...as long as there are no ants and it is actually nice.

HOW U FIGURE THAT MADISON IS THE GHETTO? CAUSE BLACK PEOPLE LIVE THERE IT HAS GOT TO BE THE GHETTO?!! NO I AM NOT FROM THERE I ACTUALLY USE TO LIVE IN PARK PLACE. TRUST ME THOSE PEOPLE DO NOT WANT YOU STOP BEING INSECURE ABOUT YOUR RACE AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT!

The people that live in those townhouses are predominately black, and it also happens to be a ghetto/very dangerous area. Their description was correct.
