I have written before. This is the first anniversary of my eviction by Towne Court becuase of "lack of cooperation in responding to an extrotion campagin to the tune or $2000.00. Don't rent. After a short time, you will receive a letter saying that you owe them $2000.00 (if Christmas is near, it will be more. The Schwab group needs to
celebrate with their children and grandchildren and show them how "Hard Work" Pays.

They are thieves. The courts will not protect you. The AG's office will not protect you. The judge told me that I have to do whatever the landlord says and the AGs office told me that whatever the judge says that goes... The court clerk told me that "people like me don't pay rent and get thrown out". Speaking of justice for all and democracy. Imagine we want to export democracy to other countries which already are in the habit of not letting any criminals and mass-murderers escape for the last zillion years! These people are not just thieves. They are responsible for many future deaths. Once you get evicted, you can't find a place to rent, you can't find a job.. you can only die!

I am writing to the Governor. Then to the President of the USA. Then may be to God! who knows who will listen to me.

Don't. Don't. Don't. Don't even think about it.

I know that they sold the property (that's part of the criminal protocol. However, I was expecting the new owners to contact those victims who got thrown out of their apartments (some 80 of them) even after paying $1000s as extortion, all in the interest of ridding Delaware of this criminal group! But alas!

Don't approach this apratment complex.. It will complicate your life!

I cant say I agree with this post. If you were evicted for reasons such as non payment of rent, or other lease violations, then it is justified. You know what was in the lease when you signed it. I do not know your full story so I cant say you are right, or the company is right, but take a step back and find out WHY they evicted you. If you didnt pay rent (of 2000 dollars?) and still didnt pay at the time of eviction, then they did nothing wrong. Did you rightfully owe the 2 grand?? Or is is a charge you have no idaa what its about? I'm confused. Its illegal to eviction without a 30 day notice AND a reason. (I work in the industry-NOT the community) Sorry to say but if you didnt pay the rent (and on TIME) then they can charge whatever late fees, court fees, etc that the lease states. You agreed when you signed. Again, though I don't know your story. If you think that it is unjustified but the courts dont, the company doesnt, the judge, the court clerk...then maybe you may have to rethink a few things.

Dear Responder: I forgot to mention that I think the judge was bribed. As simple as that. That's why she decided to go with the rich folks... No, I did not owe them money. How could I? After they sent me a mail saying that "they found my rents"... and I guess, later they lost it again? Bribery is wrong in other countries, you know? Bribery which I think happened was not just for me, it was for some 80 other people. It was a mass-eviction. Actually, Towne Court owed us money! They did not provided me with adequate heat as promised, they did not provided us with garbage collection (except once a month - the dump happened to be right in front of where I lived)... No, they committed a crime. They will be help accountable if not here on Earth, then in the life hereafter... may be nobody thinks this matters, but I do. I am a scientist by profession... I should know better... Thanks
