Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Facts:
1. Cockroaches constantly appear in every corner of the apartment, I basically have to rinse every time I use my cooking utensil
2. One of my classmates from NY told me he found food in the washer and dryer down at the basement
3. A large number of international students dwell in Townecourte, most of these guys are newcomers and prefer to live on the shuttle bus route (these students are ill-treated by the rental office and don't know how to file a complaint)
4. Recently a new management has acquired the property, rent has gone up yet again! The price is crazy considering the ------ condition of the apartments (sorry for the word, it's the most appropriate)
5. The new management does have a 3-year renovation plan, so if you still want to live in Townecourte, check back in 2005!
For now, stay away!!!!!!!!!!!
