Unless you are into a falling down party zone, these almost brand new apts are already in shambles. It's one of the heaviest crime spots in Newark. They tow constantly. And it's a nightmare to have friends over since there is only about 50 guest spots and about 500 residents.

So if you aren't afraid of getting raped or mugged, dealing with nasty office people who steal mail, having your place fall down around you for way to much money, and getting your car towed, this is the place for you. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

how do they steal your mail when your mail is put in boxes by the post man outside your apartment? plus the visitor spots aren't enough for everyone invited to your party to park. get over it. maybe you should take care of your apartment and it wouldn't fall down. and it defintely is NOT one of Newark's heaviest crime spots. where do you get your facts? please research your comments before making them.

This sounds like a reply from someone who works in the office and gets free housing.And is proable one of the theives themselves. I am sure that you will sink with the entire complex. There is proable 12 years left on the lease until the University of Delaware takes the property over , and I am sure that when that happens, there will be alot of hungry people out of a job. You know who you are.
