I subletted at University Courtyard and it was really nice becasue I had my own bedroom and bath room. I only paid the girl $800 for 10 weeks but I guess she pays $675 per month. I would not pay that much money to live there but it is pretty nice. The only problem is that everything there is very cheap and breaks ALOT! My blinds broke 2 times, my airconditioner broke, my tub and sink clogged easy and my lock on the apartment door was half broken. Maintence was really good about getting to problems though. It was really nice living there otherwise because everything is close to the apartments in the University.
