Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
For the money you pay for these apartments they are not very well maintained. Maintenance requests were slow in getting attention or not responded to at all. Visitor parking is a joke because it is gobbled up by tennants or nearby students who reside elsewhere, but have no parking. Don't plan on getting much of your deposit back at the end as they manage to come up with bogus reasons why you don't.
