The convenience of furnishings and location is tremendous, and the units themselves are in good shape. It's a very comfortable place to live.

However is is less than ideal for grad students. As other reviewers have noted, it is VERY expensive for what it is. As a grad student myself, I found the price to be a major drawback (and is the reason I did not renew my lease), as well as the population of undergraduate residents whose lifestyles do not lack in parties and noise.

Additionally, there is a SEVERE LACK of visitor parking spaces. The tow-trucks are notorius - two examples:
- I hosted my family (14 guests) at Thanksgiving, and people were towed.
- Towards the end of a snowstorm that dumped 14 inches of snow, a tow-truck was towing a car a few spaces down as I was trying to shovel out my own.
There are no guest passes available, only a VERY LIMITED number of visitor spaces. If you have guests who require that they drive to see you, be forewarned.

If you can afford the rent, and you don't mind the undergraduate lifestyle, it's a great place to be. Otherwise, I recommend considering other options.
