I've lived at Courtyards for a couple years now. Having lived elsewhere, I think this is a great place for the money. There are places out there where there are things growing on the walls and you call your landlord and it takes them months to respond to you. This is not one of those places. I have heard students complain here or there but the things they complain about are from the perspective of irresponnsible college students that don't want to take care of their property or want everyone to change the rules to have things their way. There is no other place that is as student friendly as this place but I guess they have to draw the line somewhere and that's where they have rules. Afterall, there are almost 1,000 college students all in one place and unfortunately, not all of them are mature adults.

I disagree about the disorganization of the office. Every time I've been there they have been on top of things. You also have to remember that things are going to go wrong, it's the rule of numbers. Considering the number of customers they serve, they do a really good job. Also, the staff seems to be pretty solid now so I've never had any problems but, again, I consider myself a responsible student.

I highly recommend University Courtyard Apartments. If you are mature and responsible, you'll be fine. If not, then they will call you on it and not permit you to continue on doing stupid things. Sounds kind of like the real world to me!!

This is kind of hilarious. Could this be ANY MORE OBVIOUS this is Valerie the office lady...You're rude ugly and on a power trip. Have fun working in the office of an apartment complex...you've made a great life for yourself. Is that why your pissed at all the students that live there? You know in a year or two they'll be making triple your salary??

I agree with silverangele. I, too, have found the office unresponsive and unorganized. It is a nightmare to get the office to fix or address any issues. And the internet....forget about it. It rarely ever works and all the office says is....contact the provider....we gave you the number when you moved in. Nevermind that the provider assistance is as hopeless as the University Office. Probably because they know they are getting paid regardless of whether the internet issues get fixed. For the price you pay.....look elsewhere.
