I think the Courtyards are a great location and I love having to pay only one check each month. I lived there and then moved out but moved back because I thought I made out better when I added up utilities and everything. There are cheaper places but I guess it's how you want to live. I just really didn't want to have share a room or worry about anyone paying there part of the rent. I haven't had any problems.
