Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Right now for a 4b/4ba apartment, the rent is $715 a month. While this includes utilities, the internet is extremely slow and often disconnects. ADDITIONALLY, Courtyards is starting to charge apartments that exceed the utility allotment. My apartment has been charged $44 per person. Commonly, it is the 4th floor apartments that are being charged because the buildings are constructed poorly without much insulation.
Also, the leasing for the apartments is odd. I am graduating in May, yet my lease continues to August.
My advice, DON'T LIVE HERE...it's not worth it.
