Courtyards is the worst...

I do not recommend the courtyard apartments. Rent increases every year, and they constantly find new things to charge you for. Simple tasks, such as taking out the trash, become a huge chore as there is only one dumpster, and it is far away from most buildings. Also, the entire complex was built atop a once toxic waste dump, they don't tell you this, but ask anyone from Newark, and they will tell you the truth.
All Courtyards care about is your money, and they will do anything possible to get it.
Goodluck having friends over, as visitor parking is very limited and they constantly tow.
Also, the gym is a total joke, only one elliptical and two treadmills. Their computing center had a printer but its been getting repaired for about three months now...
Do not live here!!!!
