Quality of apartments not worth the price

The main advantages of living in the Courtyards are all of the benefits included in the package such as air conditioning, a washer and dryer in every apartment, etc. Unfortunately, the quality of these perks is not up to par with the price. I have lived here for two years and have had to deal with my dryer, dishwasher, shower, and air conditioning all breaking more times than I can count. These little annoyances wouldn't be such a big deal; however, for $770 a month in Newark, Delaware I expected more.
