Extremely Close to Campus, Was Perfect for Me

I lived here for 8 months and loved it. I was on the first floor so I could hear the people above me sometimes and I always heard people in the hallway. But the apartments were nice enough. Mine had hardwood floors and plenty of space for a two bedroom apartment.
It is so close to campus (especially the music buildings) that when I slept in, I could roll out of bed like twenty minutes before class and still make it on time.
The rent was comparable to Park Place and Towne Court apartments and like ten times closer to campus. And, I got my whole security deposit back, unlike everyone I know who lived at Park Place.
The office has very few hours, but the maintenance men came within a business day when my roommate broke our oven. I have never seen a homeless person anywhere near these apartments, but I agree the lighting could be better around the complex.
Being a college student, this was exactly what I could afford and the location was unbeatable.
