I am extatic to finally be out of that h*ll hole. There is only one maintainence man for the whole complex! He has to do everything from move out preps to grounds keeping. So if your ceiling is leaking grab a snickers, because its definitly going to be a while! i waited for nearly a month! I didnt have heat from December till i moved out in March. thats with a pregnant girlfriend!!!! Good thing the stove worked. My neighbor downstairs had to take his pregnant girlfriend to the hospital for inhaling black mold! That was maybe 3 weeks before they coincdentally got evicted for back rent for maybe 8 months. And the managment staff is a joke!!! The only thing they manage to do is duck tenants. If you get lucky and find them all they do is lie, and give you the run around!! Since Ive been there, there were more new faces in the office than problems in my apartment. And thats no small figure. My old neighbor got pistal-whipped and robbed right in front of the main entrance!!!! Others have told me about apartments being broken into. You are doing yourself a favor by reading this review. Trust me, TAKE HEED...DO NOT MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HADES!!! You would be better off homeless. Oh and i almost forgot. the pool might as well be more grass in the feild where is sits untouched and untended. I havent even seen it opened, and thats after 13 Months!!!!
