Hi,

I have just got off the phone on an air condition trouble call... here the call its friday.. keep in mind its 80 degrees here "I don't think we can get anyone out there today, and we don't have ac repair on weekends.." so what am i to do sit here and sweat' Well for the average person looking for a good apartment i would strongley suggest moving elswhere.. as soon as my lease is up ill be glad.. they really need to get rid of the Customer service reps as they are rude and inconsiderate of their tenants.. there is 1 decent repair guy that comes out to your apt and fixes things... yet key word being 1... infact thats all i have ever seen is one.. no wonder i can't get my ac fixed. Overall they will rent to anyone and you can tell that from some of the ghetto style cars in the parkinglot.. ill put it this way they are the type of community that puts brand new AC units on the viewable side of the buildings when you come in but don't judge a book by its cover.. you move in you get a 17 year old ac unit that is broken down and they blame it on fuses.. Strongly not recommend moving here.
