I have lived at Valley Stream for a few years. I have NEVER had ANY problems with ANY of the staff. They are always nice to me and my family. When I have a service call they are out here within 24 hours, usually the next business day. I have had more then 1 mainttenance man out at my home!! I just have a few comments for the tenants that have made rude comments. Your AC unit's not working whats wrong with fans' Squeaky floors' You live in an apartment NOT a HOUSE!!!! Noise...what do you hear kids, horns, music'' you will get noise anywhere. COMMON SENSE. I dont have a problem with the volume of noise here, actually its pretty pieceful. Last but not least "Ghetto cars, Dirty community" Didnt you have the opportunity to drive through the community before you rented' You must of seen the Ghettoness, and heard the noise (since its so noisey) not to forget to mention you have FIRST hands on meeting the staff before you rent. Just because people who live at Valley Stream dont drive BMW's or Lexus doesnt mean they let anybody live here. Like you said "dont judge a book by its cover" Ghetto cars, and ghetto people how are they suppose to know they are ghetto'' I bet if you drive through a low class community you will see nice cars, and viseversa, you drive throguh an upscale community LIKE VALLEY STREAM you will see ghetto cars. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

By far the most angry positive review ever, very funny. Why would a person be angry in their postive review? To counter the negative reviews that angered them. Then that makes you wonder who cares about negative reviews.
