This is the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed in. If the walls are made of paper here, than the floors must be made out of rice paper, because you can hear everything, and I mean everything.
The landscaping was awful. I first thought that the landscaping was bad when I rented the apartment, but I looked past that since there was some construction going on. However, even after the construction was completed, the landscaping was never completely finished.
The layout of the doors for each level was also poorly conceived, since all the doors face the same entrance, it is very noisy. You will know when any person in the building is coming or going.
Also, you need to drive to Barret's Run to use the swimming pool or fitness room, very inconvenient.
The building itself is also very shoddy. Despite being in a newer built building, many things fell apart, such as cabinet doors, closet doors, faucets, window blinds...
Some of my neighbors also frighten me, I think that the management lets just about anyone stay here regardless of past history, as long as they can pay the check.
Finally, the management is not very friendly or responsive. They basically stop being friendly to you the moment you sign the lease.
I can honestly say that the day my lease ended was one of the happiest days of my life.
