I moved to Valley Stream a few months ago...the staff was nice and my apartment was in pretty good condition...my carpet was not new, but that seems pretty typical for an apartment complex...I looked at a lot of places...some were a lot nicer...amd more expensive, but this place had a washer and dryer and was affordable and I LOVE the location...very convenient!
