The negative reviews are way to harsh. I have been hear for 5 years and although its got its issues (maintanance is way under staffed and over worked)its a nice place.

The place is not perfect but its a good place for the price and the staff is in no way as bad as the reviews.

The biggest problem is that maintanance is over worked, under staffed and not as good as it once was.
