I moved into valley stream village apartments almost a year ago and i absolutely love it. I read a few of these reviews speaking of how the staff is so "rude". I have found the staff to be incredibly helpful and they even know me on a first name basis! That makes me feel great, to walk into the office and have Amanda or Lisa say HI, eager to see how I am doing, and what they can assist me with. I have also read about the repairs being "horrible and timely". I have never had a problem. I had a leak (from an over flowing toilet upstairs) that flooded my apartment...hey, accidents happen. Anyway, i called emergancy maintanace and since they live here too, he was knocking on my door within 10 minutes. Take my advise, the people who write these horrible reviews are obviously bitter over something. Consider the source.

Bitter over something, yeah the office staff. Oh also the fake ratings that seem to be written by the office staff.
