I moved to Delaware for the first time and have been living here for over six months now. I did have some issues and needed maintenance to come out, but they always showed up within a day or two to fix the problem. The office always contacted me afterwards to make sure things went ok. Even had the light blow out in the refridgerator and maintenance fixed that.

The was some graffiti scratched into the fridge, but I could live with it. I just hope they don't charge me for it when I move out. The area outside isn't anything spactacular. My neighbors (those I met) have been very friendly. Sometimes I can hear a little too much of them when I don't want to. It is a bit drafty, and a lot of heat escapes out beneath the front door.

I think if someone were in a pinch for a place to live, this would do. But if you have a lot of time to look around, I'm sure there are better places to live.
