If you try to take trash to the dumpster it will likely be full. Complain to office they say to use another dumpster, oh but its full as well. So people just leave trash next to or on top of the dumpster. This trash piles up quickly. So you either have to keep your trash inside until the dumpster is emptied or add to the parking lot trash pile.

Also office staff are snotty, condescending, and rude.

This sadly is very true. They NEED more dumpsters, and need them badly. On the other hand, I've had no problems with the office staff. No one has been rude to me, maintenance concerns have been handled promptly.

I believe that if everyone who lives here puts their trash INSIDE the trash bins there would not be an issue. Some tenants are just too lazy and careless. We all live here so why not try to keep the area clean.

There seems to be a reoccurring spelling and typing problem with this person, check the other positive reviews and responses to negative reviews and I think you will pick up the pattern. Nope they went back through deleted the reoccurring screen names, and spelling errors. Also ----- even the laziest or least laziest person on earth is incapable of putting garbage in an already 100% full dumpster, that is overflowing with trash. Just admit it, the dumpsters do sometimes get full. Also attacking and insulting people that make critical reviews just alerts people to the attitude they will have to deal with.
