Im new to this area and I'm extremely happy to be here. Where I used to reside is no where near as nice an apartment. The men who do the maintenance are very helpful and I cannot think of anything bad to say about this complex. I did see a tenant leave trash near the trash bin one morning, however the maintenance man picked it up right away.
The women in the office are always asking if I need any assistance which I think is very considerate.

I guess your the one who thinks 16x that the tenants are too lazy to put garbage in the already full dumpsters. While some fail to put it in not full dumpsters, many others have no choice when they are already so full that the overflow garbage next to it prevents you from even getting to the dumpster. If a holiday occurs and trash pickup does not happen one day then an even greater amount of trash is without a home. Oh yeah hey ---- 5 do you live at or work at both Apple chase apt and Valley stream apt because you have responded to negative reviews using that screen name for both apartments, and your responses and ratings always seem to be favorable, yet at the same time critical of persons who leave negative reviews.
