We went to see this place and wow it was bad.... as usual the model was nice but we poked around and yuck.... the actual apartments and the grounds was like living in the ghetto. Dirty, poorly kept, etc. Hey if you could live in the office or the model apartments, well then it would be nice. They obviously spend alot on showing off the office and the models then renovating the actual apartments.

One other clue to run was they required to hold my driver's license to see the model (not make a copy, hold it in their desk), then when we were done they wouldn't return it for 45 minutes because they were busy. Imagine how they'd treat us if we moved in!! Run, run like the wind.

Now, I can't agree with the ghetto comparison. The grounds and buildings are nowhere near that bad, despite the trash problems. Landscaping is plain but ok, and my building is a fairly normal looking building, as are those around us - not the best of the best, but fine. The trash situation is ridiculous; not enough dumpsters are available, and all are now set in one area destined to become a dump. However, in my building at least, it is pretty quiet and I feel safe. Not a ghetto vibe at all.

It seems that someone is very upset with the leasing office and is posting comments on alot of different apartment sites- which makes me wonder about the truthfullness of their comments. Probably did not get there way! Those types of comments are not what this site is for- GROW UP! NO GHETTO HERE!
