My fiance and I moved in here after we had our first child and our old apartment was too small. I could honestly care less about the trash piling up outside in the streets (hey it's not in my apartment). What I do care about it how I have drunken men hanging out in front of the apartment trying to hit on me at 2 in the morning while trying to carry my 6 month old inside the house. The pipes bursting three times in five months of living here. The maintance came right away to stop our leaks, but now we're leaving with big drooping paint bubbles in both of our apartments, water spots on the ceiling, and a moldy smelling heater room. Also, our dryer wasn't working at all, we were wasting so much electricty by running it three or four times to dry one load. We asked them to come service it and all they did was brought a vacumn and sucked lint out of it... I could have done that!

WORST thing about the place is the NOISE!!!! If you want an apartment that is quite DONT move her. I wish we had stayed at Fox Wood Apartments where we didn't hear anything. ALL of our neighbors slam their doors which lead to our light ficture falling off the ceiling and almost hitting our child as he was crawling around on the floor. Our upstairs neighbors children jump off furniture, run around the aparmtment and the adults are even worse. They litterally stand in one place until 4 or 5 in the morning where the floor squeaks so all night you hear squeak squeak squeak. All day and night, that's all you hear is squeaking and stomping from one end of the apartment to the other. Then below us we hear the neighbors dogs bark 24/7 and their TV blearing throuh our apartment. We explained to our neigbors that we have an infant and he needs to sleep and no one cares. The only way it semi quieted down was because we threatened to call the police. It wouldn't matter anyway. It's not their fault this place is a S*** hole and built so poorly. What makes me even more made is we asked if it was quite and management told us yes. HA!!! Yeah right! Please do not move her this place is horrible. There are bugs all over outside your door and building, no parking, beer bottles in the parking lot, and management hates everyone. The rent is also soo high. If you want a good apartment go to Foxwood. That's where we moved from and I wish we had stayed. But hey at least this place drived us to buy our own house. So now we never have to deal with it again!
