Most days, I'm as busy as a bee! But I will make time to meet with you! No matter what your concerns may be and because that's the kind of person I am. It's an honor to hold such a position where you can make a difference every day. There are folks here from all walks of life. And our community is as promising as we advertise it to be. What a load of crap! The manager never makes time to meet with anybody, and when you do voice your concerns she belittles you. The more you call the office about legitimate concerns the worse she treats you. Customer service is horrible. This place is crime ridden and trashy. Management does their best to hide the crime that occurs. In the last year, the swat team was here for a drug bust, and an elderly women was assaulted and robbed in her own apartment. Also, several cars have be broken into on a regular basis. I am afraid to walk alone at night. Just search the new castle county crime map; it speaks for itself. Parking is awful. Most nights you're lucky if you can find a spot near your building. Move anywhere but here. Within a month of moving here, you will be desperate to find a way out of your lease. I am so glad that I am moving soon. There is a reason that residents call this place "Valley Slum Apartments."

I completely agree with the first comment. This really is Vally Slum...DON'T move here. You will constantly have people in your apartment w/o notice. Things will be stolen, and the people who work here have no class.
