My husband and I eventually moved here from New Jersey after a bad experience at the Village of Windhover in Newark, DE. We drove around the neighborhood and asked the current renters how they liked it. They said they had no problems with their townhouse and that maintenance was swift and on point. --------------------------------, the office management were very nice and professional. The units that they showed us were very nice but too big for our needs. I was a little worried about not be able to see our actual 2br 2.5 bath townhouse before the day we moved in but, my fears were calmed when we saw that everything was well done and put together. We have gotten constant compliments from people who live in PA, NJ, DE and MD on the construction of the house. We love the spacious kitchen and bedrooms, the garage, and the parking. The neighbors are friendly and seem to enjoy their units as well. We are so pleased that we hardly want to leave home to go out and took no time to unpack and set up the place. I have people that are so impressed with our place that they are looking to move in to the complex as well. You really do get what you pay for with this complex.
