I can't believe how bad this has gotten, the Ghetto has finally spread into this area.
I once lived here, and recently helped a friend move into what I remember as a very nice area. It's the opposite now, actually, it's so bad you don't want to be outside for long. It's gotten so cheap to rent here that next to anyone qualifies, so naturally, you will find a lot of ------ and ---------, along with their kids bouncing balls of cars parked in driveways.
Don't live here if you care about your property and would like to go outside every now and then knowing you won't get assaulted.

How did you get the front office to "handle" the noise problem? I have been here since mid-07 and have new neighbors who play the music WAY too loud. I keep reporting them to landlords and police but nothing has changed.
