I loved Victoria Mews. I lived there for two years before deciding to move to Wilmington. It's better than many places in Newark while still being affordable. The management was super nice and very understanding. I had a death in the family and took some time off of work. I explained my situation to the Property Manager and she allowed me to pay rent late with out any penalty. Once my doorknob fell off and I was trapped inside my apartment. dave, the maintenance man was there within ten minutes to free me, even though it was 11pm on a Saturday night. All of my neighbors were fantastic. Victoria Mews may not be great for a real home, but for casual living in your early 20's this place is perfect.
