My fiance and I lived at Victoria Mews for 2 miserable years. It was the only place we could find that would take our dog. That was about the only good thing going for the place. Everything fell apart. We had mold spores in our apartment and when told about it the property manager Susan told us we were lying. We paid our rent on time(maybe a day-2 late at most), but she still inisited on "routine cleaniness inspections". My fiance and I went on our Honeymoon for 2 weeks while living there, only to get a phone call from my Mom that Susan sent out a 7 Day letter to fix the "mess" or they would start evection process. Nevermind the fact that she claimed not to know we were on our honeymoon and entered our aparment illegally. She had it on her desk calendar in Big Bold Letters our apartment # and when we were gone. We could complain about noises, fights, and such and get told mind our business, but let someone complain about us and she was knocking our door down first thing in the morning knowing full well and good that I worked 2nd shift at a local convience store. DON'T DO IT!
As far as the newly renovated apartments go, HA! All they did was a lot of face work and gutting. Same floors, same problems! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

i agree wit her!!! even thou it has mew management this place sucks big time!!!!! i mean, the "old"people around here complain about ever little thing.. it just dont be making any sence..but let u go complain and...OOOHHHH BOY!!!! they so pety about little things even in ur own apartment!!! u cannt do what u want to do in ur own house.i mean, i pay rent i should be able to do wat ever i want to...and parking...forget about it...we have parkin in the back and they was tryin to tell us dat if u dont have a permitt from the office u cant park there and ur car has to be reg to you or u cant get a parking permitt... isnt that crazy? wat about the people that has cars not reg to them? and the people that can park in the back wont do it so how selfish is that? i guess its the hell with the other people huh?well i could keep on going but i get things to do..i dont reccommend this place to anyone...

This is response to the 1st responder. So, you wanna do whatever u want in your apartment because you pay rent. Typical ghetto talk, no rules, regulations, etc. You cannot do what you want if you are bothering your neighbors by being rude, loud, inconsiderate, old or young. You wanna do whatever you want, go live in the projects or buy your own house where you could do what you want without neighbors. Old people are complaining, well they have rights too. A right to a peaceful and quiet apartment without people, like you, being inconsiderate. Wait until you become an "old person" as you put it. You talk about being "selfish" because "the people that can park in the back wont do it so how selfish is that". It's ok for you to be selfish and take up people's parking spaces with your car registered to other people. Have consideration for your neighbors. As far as cars not being registered to the renter not being able to park there. Well, these are called rules and regulations and you need permits to run a smooth operation for people who park there. Again, it's called rules and regulations and people, even you, must follow them. Without rules and regulations, it would be utter chaos. I guess you like chaos and no rules. Oh, and if you talk like you write, you probably do...like "wit" instead of "with" and "dat" instead of "that". I'm shocked they gave you an apartment here or anywhere talking like "dat".
