Barrett's Run has the worse management I have ever had to deal with (and I have been renting since 1995). After I moved out I received my security deposit check and noticed how they charged us for things that were already damaged at the apartment before we moved in. We have already included these things in the move in check list but they could care less. Also, they gave us this huge list of things that you have to do and clean before you move out. You basicially have to leave the apartment spotless so you don't lose too much money. They even forced us to clean the windows and sliding doors. On top of that they charged us for things that we had already cleaned up and were spotless. These people are so cheap! I guess they don't want to contract a cleaning service so the teants have to clean absolutely everything in the apartment. Suckers! Also, they don't salt the sidewalks and driveways during winter. I fell and open my head when I hit the bumper of a pickup truck. I told them but they did not improve the situation. Stay away from this place!
