If you are looking for your money's worth - don't move here.

The staff is constantly changing (important when you think of the rise of identity theft and the type of information leasing agents are privy to), the grounds are kept ok, but every week the trash dumpsters are always overflowing with trash setting all around the outside of them, good luck on getting work-orders (or any other requests from leasing agents) completed in a timely fashion - (it depends who you speak with and how they are feeling at that moment), some of the streets in the neighborhood are full of potholes and when it snows you have to write "plow me" in order to get the streets within the development plowed.

Tenants don't always scoop up after their pets and the management seems to feel the same.

Overall, I would say the complex is not worth the money that is paid to live here. I am leaving as soon as the lease is up!!!!!!!!!!
