I live here in the townhouses and have been here more than a year. The townhouse I live in is decent, but the neighborhood is definitely getting worse. The only reason I am here is necessity, or I would move.

I agree with many of the sentiments about mis-management. The Manager (not the staff) is very rude and speaks down to people that live here, like renters are third class citizens. Grounds have not been kept clean and picked up regularly for more than a year, but they used to be.... It seems that yards are cleaned when the mowers chop up the trash.

Also, because their "Market Price" is too inflated, they have difficulty getting long term, responsible tennants. Several units appear to have multiple family arrangements. There were these people from Arkansas that had bed sheets and broken blinds in their windows. There were people with their broken down "hoopties" parked outside. I estimate that as many as 1/5 of the units are vacant 4-6 months. Also, I have seen at least 3 units with eviction notices on the door.

Come on Capano, get a manager who knows how to treat tennants with respect. Clean up the properties and be a little more selective about who you rent to. Oh yeah, instead of driving out responsible tennants by raising rent every year, try holding on to them by keeping the rent the same or maybe even cut them a break for being a good tennant which you so badly need!!!!!!!!!!!!!
