Good place to live

My wife and I moved in June 2005. At the time, rent was extremely high and only through signing a 15 month lease were able to get the price under 1250/mo. The area has certainly changed since we moved in now that all the construction is done and the landscaping is starting to become a priority to the management.
The townhomes are well constructed. The walls are thick and I never once heard a neighbor's music, tv, or even arguments. Parking isn't a problem if you have less than 3 cars. You can easily fit 1 in your garage and then 2 in your driveway. The hose connections in the garage and the back of the house are great for washing cars, watering plants, etc.
There i a considerable problem with people not picking up after their dogs and certain areas are "do no walk there" areas covered in poop.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone that likes having their own privacy but also nice "say hi on the weekend" neighbors. Management and leasing office aren't the best...but you will find 1 or 2 people that are excellent - just always ask for them.
