extremely poor management.extremely poor leasing consultants.apartments are thrown together.shoddy worksmanship.water comes out of the faucet on the third floor of the townhouses at a trickle.burglary was a problem for us and for other people on our block.neighbors are out sitting in their vehicles at 3:00am .we were counting the minutes until our lease was up at this horrible place.

I have no idea where this person was living but it doesn't come close to describing my experience. The fact that it is an anonymous review strikes me as being akin to hit and run. I moved to my current location there after having to endure a painful separation. The management was understanding, especially as I have not rented a home in over 20 years. Our neighbors on both sides are friendly, we enjoy being welcomed home by friendly waves. I have had several repairs made on the townhome and I must get 2 - 3 calls to follow up and ensure that the repairs were made to my satisfaction. Every place has rotten people, but given that the management went around and sent every household a flyer reminding them of the noise rules and the fact that violating them is a violation of the lease, says to me that an effort is being made. Having owned homes in Cleveland, Ohio and Potomac, MD, I have experienced the same kind of neighborhood friendliness as a renter that I did as a homeowner. In fact this neighborhood is friendlier than the one we left, and that was all private homeowners. Go see the place for yourself and decide. We love it!
