Overall its not a bad place to live. I have lived here for 3 years and have very little problems. Most of the residents appear to be claen cut-professional types.. not the kinda dirt bags you normally find in other rental areas. The only issue that I have had is the lack of control at the club house pool. It's very common to see a swarm of people/kids/cousins/brothers babies & great aunts cousins just walk right in without the life guard checking identification... If you live here and go there you know what im taking about..
